You have 30 days to return your order.

This is how the return works

1. Send an e-mail to:
   retour@surfdeal.ch
2. Please state in your e-mail:
   • Order number
   • Which item you would like to return
3. You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.
4. Important:
   Returns must always be sent with a tracking number.
   Please send us the tracking number by e-mail after dispatch.

As soon as the return has been delivered, we will refund you the amount.

Please return products unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.
