Finns sup
Buying advice
The fin plays a decisive role in the riding behaviour of your SUP. It provides stability, improves directional stability and influences the manoeuvrability of your board. There are different fin shapes and sizes depending on the area of use: All-round fins offer a good mix of stability and manoeuvrability, while touring- or race-fins are narrower and longer to allow for more directional stability and speed. Many SUPs use tool-free plug-in systems such as us-box or Slide-In, which make replacement or retrofitting particularly easy. At Surfdeal you will find a selection of sup fins for different board types and requirements so that you can get the most out of your paddling experience

The Stardupp sliding fin is designed to be mounted quickly and easily on an iSUP. Simply slide the fin in and secure it with the appropriate clip. The fin is made of glass fibre reinforced nylon, which makes it strong and prevents it from bending.A fin ensures that the iSUP sails in a straight line. If you don't fit a fin, the SUP will turn rather than move forwards. A good fin is therefore always important. Dimensions: 22x18cmSuitable for: Stardupp and Fit Ocean SUPs

The Stardupp Racing US Fin Green is a US BOX universal fin for SUP. A universal fin for touring/racing activities. Touring and racing is all about sailing in a straight line. That's why you want a fin that follows the board as well as possible. A stiff fin with a large surface area, a long base and a long leading edge is therefore favoured. This type of fin provides good resistance to the extra force the paddler applies at higher speeds, allowing the board to follow better. The Stardupp Racing fin is made of fibreglass-reinforced nylon, making it strong with minimal bending. When SUPing, more pressure is exerted on the sup on the side on which you are paddling. This force is also exerted on the fin, causing it to bend slightly. The more the fin bends, the more this affects the SUP's speed and heading. This racing fin also has a larger rake than standard slide-in fins. The rake is the curvature of the back of the fin. It is the distance between the end of the base and the end of the back of the fin (tip). The greater the rake, the closer the tip of the fin is to the tail of the board. Ideal for maximum grip and the ability to maintain direction while maintaining speed. To ensure that the drag of the fin remains minimal, the Stardupp Racing fin is equipped with an additional foil. The foil is the rounding in the thickness of the fin, the more rounding, the better the water flows along the fin.
