Every naish mast is quality controlled and tested to ensure consistent flex for optimum performance. Bases and tops are manufactured separately, allowing naish to combine a lightweight, responsive mast top with a robust, durable base. This results in better performance, a lower centre of gravity and improved durability, helping riders get the maximum performance out of naish sails.
PRE-PREG TECHNOLOGY:
- Pre-impregnation is the latest in composite manufacturing. A specially formulated resin system is introduced into the carbon, glass and aramid fibre matrix (under controlled laboratory conditions) and then thermally cured to ensure 100% cure. This avoids excess resin and creates the best possible final matrix. The resulting structure is lightweight, durable and extremely uniform from pole to pole.
