Injected ABS:
- A construction that offers high resistance and improved shock absorption compared to other constructions. Helmets made in this way consist of two parts that are bonded and glued together: an outer shell of hard ABS plastic and an inner layer of expanded polystyrene (EPS).
- The ABS material is known for its impact resistance, hardness and light weight, which makes it easy to mould. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) provides thermal insulation and is impact and pressure resistant.
Eva:
- Compact and dense, eva foam is a polymer similar to elastomers in terms of softness and flexibility. This material is very durable and features good clarity and gloss, UV resistance and adhesive properties.
