The demand for severne trapeze ropes has finally been satisfied. Instead of simply replicating any rope, we looked at what was needed to improve everything on the market. Durability, safety and performance were the 3 factors we identified and we addressed each point;
DURABILITY
Stronger hoses lead to less rope wear. We developed a custom extrusion with a thicker wall thickness (2mm) and using high density PU. A strong nylon webbing replaces the standard polypropylene webbing and provides higher UV resistance and less wear.
SAFETY
The coloured tube hides any signs of rope wear so you won't notice until the harness line breaks at sea. We keep it transparent so that any signs of rope wear are clearly visible.
PERFORMANCE
The minimal swing design keeps the harness line in place.
