The 1850R front wing gives you impressive control across the speed range, with extreme top speeds for such a large wing and an incredibly low stall speed. The 1850R is also a true crossover wing and has more lift than the 1500R. In smaller to medium waves, vulnerable foil surfers can complete shorter radius surf style turns with ease. The 1850R is great for foiling in all conditions and is perfect for learning to foil as well as kiteboard. Featuring our new patent-pending Reflexed-Camber foil section, which gives the wing pitch stability and prevents the board from spinning up sharply on first launch. This means you don't have to change your position to trim the board when going faster or when diving in on a wave. The 1850R has a relatively large surface area which makes it very controllable and has incredible roll and pitch stability. Normally, a large wing means more drag and therefore less speed. However, because the 1850R is positioned on the hull with a lower angle of attack, it feels smaller than it is in terms of speed range and responsiveness.
