Wingsurf Basic course from 10:00-11:30, küssnacht am rigi

• The aim of this course is to prepare you so that you can practice with your own equipment in a safe way. It just makes sense that you hear the basics and are on the water with us once.

Course content 

• 90 minute course where we cover the basics of wingsurfing on land. Then it goes on a stable school board with daggerboard (without foil) with a wing on the water in the Bay of Küssnacht. The contents of the course are according to VDWS Wingsurfing Level 1: wing handling, getting up, starting, steering, 180-degree turn, driving various courses, emergency stop, safety and material science.
  
• Special focus will be on what to do to get the foil out of the water. We will explain the theory and practice preparations. There are a few secret-tipps that will save you weeks learning.
  
• After attending our basic course you will be able to: learn on your own in a safe way with your own equipment. And afterwards, in 1 or 2 sessions, practise gliding your first metres on the foil.
• All SURF equipment is included (including water sports clothing such as a wetsuit). You don't have to bring anything. Please be about 10 minutes early. Season start March 31, 2023.
  

• The price is per person. Each course maximum 5 participants. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. They can swim and are older than 10 years.. 
• If you buy a set (Wing+Board+Foil) afterwards, we will deduct the price of the course.

• What about bad weather? In case of thunderstorms the course will be postponed to another day. 
• What if I am too late/cancel? - No problem, send us an email or WhatsApp.  
  
• What do you have in stock at küssnacht am rigi ? - wingfoil, sup, accessories and clothing. Everything else we can also advise very well in shop and order online.
