Wingsurf Basic course from 16:00-17:30, küssnacht am rigi

• The aim of this course is to prepare you so that you can practice safely with your own equipment. It just makes sense for you to hear the basics and be out on the water with us once.

Course content 

• 90 minute course in which we discuss the basics of wingsurfing on land. Then we go out on the water in Küssnacht Bay on a stable school board  with a daggerboard  (without foil) with a wing . The course content is according to VDWS- wingsurf -Level 1: Winghandling, standing up, starting, steering, 180 degree turn, riding various courses, emergency stop, safety and material knowledge.
• Special attention is given to what to do to get the foil out of the water. We explain the theory and practical preparations. There are a few secret tips that will save you weeks of learning.
  
• After attending our basic course, you will be able to: learn on your own in a safe way with your own equipment. And afterwards, in 1 to 2 sessions, practise yourself to glide the first metres on the foil.
• All surf-equipment is included (Also the water sports clothing, like wetsuit). You do not need to bring anything with you. Please be about 10 minutes early. Season start 31.3.2023.
  

• Price per person. Minimum 1, maximum 5 persons. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. You can swim and are older than 10 years.
• If you buy a set (Wing+Board+Foil) afterwards, we will deduct the price of the course.
  

• What about bad weather? In case of thunderstorms the course will be postponed to another day. 
• What if I am too late late/cancel? - No problem, send us an email or WhatsApp.
