The Asylum V6 is a freestyle favourite and a performance board with cutting-edge design features for aggressive riders who like to go big, ride at full power and push their limits in the name of progression. The Asylum's stiffness has been optimised with our new double-stitched carbon stringers, which provide massive pop and excellent flex/rebound characteristics. Tip/tail channels and profile rails provide the necessary drive for upwind performance and solid tracking in all conditions. However you choose to ride your Asylum (it can be ridden with or without fins), rest assured that our legendary construction and durability stands behind the Asylum.

Features:

• NEW TWO STITCHED carbon- stringer. Double stitched carbon- stringer provide maximum rebound and pop for superior freestyle and big air capabilities.
  
• ATOMIC WOOD CORE. Sustainably grown Paulownia wood gives our boards the lively, bouncy character they are famous for. The vertically laminated construction utilises the collective strength of the wood grain for strength, consistent flex and pop.
  
• Carbon-BEDROCK INSERTS. Lightweight, flexible and durable inserts that maintain the board's flex underfoot and provide a consistent feel from tip to tail.
  
• SIDEWALLS WITH SINGLE-SHOT- fusion. Using the same technology as urethane skateboard wheels, our innovative manufacturing process incorporates the rail into the core of the board in a single shot for unrivalled cushioning and durability.
  
• CHINED FLYING RAILS. These belly channels are designed to channel the spray completely away and downwards, reducing the contact area between the board and the water surface. The kinked rails also prevent you from getting caught on the edge during fast and bumpy landings.
  
• PRECISION LASER CUT CHANNELS. Using the latest laser cutting technology for the channels, the Asylum delivers cleaner take-offs, smoother landings, better response, plenty of grip, load-and-pop and upwind propulsion.
