The board: The middle of the three Flatwater/Allround wing foil boards with a volume of 118 litres from shaper Andi Widmann is designed for ambitious riders with a little more weight. The Flatwater/Allround wing foil board is ideally balanced and designed to guarantee fun and rapid progress. The focus is on stability, fast and comfortable planing and take-off as well as good touchdown recovery characteristics. Andi Widmann has done a masterful job of packing these characteristics into a board.
The compact outline, centred volume, a slight V-bow concave, angled bevels in the bow and the vertical rails, combine to bring exactly these characteristics to the water.
The boards are equipped with V-strap to position the front foot as close as possible to the centre line. Assembly is very easy and the weight of the foot straps is very low. The carrying handle on the underside of the board makes it easy to carry the board and keep the wing away from the foil. The nose handle option makes pulling the board through the shore break easy and safe. The eva- pad with Crocodile Groove provides a secure grip and avoids abrasions on the knees. The full carbon sandwich construction offers a perfect balance between durability and lightness.
The foil:
The foil that started the dock launch boom. The 1100 P was the first large commercial Dockstart/Pump foil and our most popular front wing in the range. The high volume and large surface area, in combination with the medium high aspect ratio (AR) make it very forgiving and easy to pump and fly far, even at very low speeds (5 km/h). This makes it very easy to learn not only dock launching and pumping, but also wing and wind foiling.
The T16 aluminium is durable and stiff, and in combination with the zinc sacrificial anodes, protected from oxidation.
This set is perfect for beginners and heavy riders.
The indiana regular foil system is modular and can easily be upgraded to any other front wing, fuselage, stabiliser or mast in the regular range.
The front wing, stabiliser and mast are all supplied with protective covers to protect the foil.
