As more and more people are sailing freeride and slalom sails on RDM masts, the need for a 3-pulley RDM extension became obvious.
The design focussed on reducing friction on the downhaul to make rigging easier. Careful attention to rope alignment and pulley spacing allowed for significant improvements. The Triple Xtension fits perfectly with any sail with a 4-pulley tacking sheave, but also with sails with a 3-pulley tacking sheave. Other features include the Dyneema rope and an integrated hook for anchoring the neck strap.
